Why Mayi Salt?

In the production of our salt, we solely rely on nature for support. We take our water from the earth and place it in hygienic pools to allow it to crystallize under the sun's rays. We collect our crystallized salts, dry them in the sun, and package them. As a result, we act as ambassadors to bring this miraculous salt of nature to your tables.
RICH IN PURITY AND MINERALS
The thermal water that emerges from a fault rises 1.3 km and reaches the surface. The water takes its salinity from a 1 km long layer of salt. At a depth of 300 meters, it also takes salt minerals from the richest soils of Anatolia and becomes rich in minerals. The salinity level of our spring water is 28.4%.
IT DOES NOT CONTAIN ADDITIVES
We do not wash or bleach our naturally crystallized salts in the sun to preserve their naturalness and purity. We also avoid harmful additives used to prevent clumping. Our fine salt does not clump due to its natural structure.
HEAVY METAL AND MICROPLASTIC FREE
Other types of salt are affected by environmental factors and sea pollution, and are polluted by nearby industrial waste. Microplastic
and heavy metal content are inevitable for this reason. Due to its geostrategic location (over 600 m above sea level and far from industrial facilities), Mayi Salt retains its purity, which emerged 200 million years ago.
